Returns and Exchange Policy

At Lion or Lyin, we stand behind our products. If something is not right, we will work with you to make it right.
We know buying online can be tricky, so we offer returns, refunds, and exchanges on eligible items within the timeframes below.
How It Works
You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, exchange, or refund for eligible items.
To start, email support@lionorlyin.com with:
Your order number
A quick note describing the issue
Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
We review requests quickly and will respond with next steps.
When We Approve a Refund or Exchange
We will typically approve a refund, replacement, or exchange if:
The item arrived defective, damaged, or misprinted
You received the wrong item
There is a clear quality or fulfillment issue
You are not satisfied and we can confirm the item is still new and unused
If the issue was our mistake or a verified defect, we will cover return shipping costs.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused
With tags attached when applicable
In the original packaging when possible
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once returned and inspected, please allow 7 to 10 business days to process a refund or ship a replacement.
Exceptions and Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Digital products or downloads
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Custom or made to order items

Exchange Policy
You have 60 days from delivery to request an exchange for eligible items.
To start an exchange, email support@lionorlyin.com with this subject line:
EXCHANGE Order Number
Include:
Your order number
The item you want to exchange
The replacement item requested
Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and inspected. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Important Notes About Exchanges
Processing time is typically 1 to 2 weeks after we receive the returned item
If the replacement item is out of stock, we will contact you with options
Customers are responsible for return shipping for exchanges unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect when received
Damaged Incorrect or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order is incorrect, defective, damaged, or missing items, contact support@lionorlyin.com as soon as possible.
Claims should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, notify us within 30 days of the delivery date so we can help you file a carrier claim when applicable.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for:
Customs fees, duties, and taxes
Return shipping costs
Any import costs that are not refundable
We do not refund customs or duties. Replacement items may also be subject to customs fees.
European Union Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you may have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery where required by local law. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. This does not apply to digital products or custom items where legally exempt.
Shipping and Handling Notes
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Unclaimed packages returned to us may require reshipment costs before re sending.
